Located in the municipality of Cartagua, it belongs to the coffee region of Copan; it is around 1,200 meters above sea level. The coffee is carefully selected and carried through to 36 hour of natural fermentation process. Its characteristics come from the benefits of the soil where it is cultivated, since it is located in its own microclimate which is perfect for the cultivation of coffee. With a tropical climate, cultivated under shade, it has become the habitat of many species of animals and plants thanks to the biodiversity generated by its organic management. The microclimate of the area is conducive to the development of diverse flavors in coffee, we can find from notes of chocolate and almond; even delicate flavours of red fruits and caramel.
