This rich single-origin Mexican coffee, ethically sourced from Café Fundadores, is a grassroots cooperative of over 300 small-scale farmers in Chiapas. 

Grown organically under shade in the buffer zone of the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve, this coffee is carefully cultivated in the Sierra Madre mountain range, at an altitude of 1650masl.
