Coffee Description
Radius, our house Guatemalan, comes from Huehuetenango, a municipality in the western highlands of Guatemala along the border of Mexico. This classic washed Guatemalan is produced by the Todosantarita Co-operative on the hills of Sierra de los Cuchumantanes, the highest non-volcanic mountain range in Central America.
The Co-operative is made up of 131 members with Grano de Oro and La Mandarina being the main contributing farms. The majority of the varietals grown in Todosantarita consist of Caturra, which makes up roughly 65% of the crop.
